There is wonderful information in this book but I don’t want to read a photocopy and I am too traumatized by the author to read it, anyway. It is not that easy to get, but they have it at Tulane and one could go and read at it there. Also, I think seeing it online, seeing the books it is related to, is more interesting than having it on one’s shelf, so I am letting it go. This one is difficult to shed since it really does have good information, that I would really like to have for reference.
