You are incredibly rude and condescending to women. In fact, your behavior borders on the boorish. I need to remember to explain this you this clearly next time you do it to me, instead of talking back with my usual “Stop it, do not be so silly, listen to what I am saying, we have work to do.”
You have had quite a lot of trouble with women who are of races and sexual orientations other than your own. The only women with whom you appear not to have trouble are very, very clearly Anglo-Saxon, very, very pale white, and married to men you know and respect.
I do not believe that you mean ill in a conscious way or that you discriminate intentionally. I do think a course in manners – especially emphasizing that manners should be extended to everyone – would be helpful to you.
As it is, you seem to believe that non white, non straight women need to be mollified with special favors because they are inexplicably skittish. I would like to make you understand that they, or on the days when I fit those categories, we do not require special favors. We only want you to be as polite and considerate to us as you are to other men and to their wives.
