I was afraid to watch so didn’t arrange to — now wish I had.
Finished my last chapter revision — I mean, the whole of my thesis in so far as I have had to do any heavy intellectual slogging with it. There will, of course, be the need for adjustments in terms of writing style — turn of phrase, and so on. But the majority of the thinking part is done. I am glad I decided to use Deleuze and Guattari, in the final chapter. They are sophisticated thinkers, and when I read their stuff much earlier on in my intellectual life, I did not really get more than a gist of what they were about. Seems like one really has to write a thesis on madness and link it to colonialism to get a good result.

During the Saints game, which I could only really follow by phone due to lack of tv/internet connection and due to not having gone to a viewing party for fear of Saints losing, I was reading this book which solved a theoretical problem with my book, so this is all excellent.
