That kefir cake

2 eggs, 1 cup of kefir, 2 cups of sugar = mix them all well together

1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil = add to the mix and mix very well

2 cups of flour = add to the mix and mix well to create batter

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

I am thinking of doing this without filling it, with whole wheat flour and turbinado sugar. I am not sure about the pan. Must it be round, and if so, what size and how high; can it be a loaf and if so, what size; will cast iron make the cake fall?

There is almost no fat in this cake and with the tangy taste of kefir it could be very interesting.
