I am still “disavowed” by Interlibrary Loan and do not know why, I must get to the bottom of it. And I’ve lost my Emmelheinz book, I am not sure how. I’m going to replace it with a Kindle copy, I suppose, it is less expensive although I don’t like that as much. And I have a good bound photocopy of O pai de família, and I love Roberto Schwarz, but I keep forgetting that I have this, so it is as though I did not. I am going to put it in a Little Free Library, or something.
It’s very Brazilian, was published by Paz e Terra in 1978, and is dedicated to the author’s mestre-açu Acê. There are famous essays in it, and I’ve just downloaded a PDF of it.
