Via Undine we have once again for our exquisite entertainment a test for the Meyer-Briggs personality type, and this test makes me ENFP.
I am very happy to have tested this way because it is how I feel. People tend to believe I am a Thinking type, because I can be so calm, logical, and practical. In Reeducation I was under constant fire for being intellectual and rational. They thought that just had to mean I was alienated from feelings. But this test confirms that I am indeed a Feeling type, so I am vindicated. The ENFP classification also explains my enthusiasm, and my constant urge to advocate and organize. It might be a good thing that I do not want to be passive and ineffectual – desirable qualities in an academic! It might be good to aspire to more than mediocrity – mediocrity having been the “healthy” aspiration in Reeducation!
Axé.
