This afternoon in Lima, former President Alberto Fujimori was convicted of crimes against humanity and sentenced to 25 years. It is a major event.
We are playing James Booker, who has no known connection to Peru, but whose celebration music is some of the best we have. It is another truly beautiful day, and all I want to do is paint the house and garden. Yet I am at work.
It is somewhat difficult here and I could easily slump over my desk. The Fujimori news and Booker’s music make me feel I am swinging down the street with confidence, flashing my diamond smile at the people in the stores, eyes ahead on the finish line.
Axé.
your blog is good good good………….
