Wonderful. An artist I never have heard of, but I certainly understand his art. Notice how static it is? Interesting quality. I especially loved the one with the Greek temple in it and (I believe) ladies in Grecian robes. Yep.
Very very much of its time and place.
It is amazing to me to see this because I saw a lot of those paintings from the 60s when they were in progress. My parents knew Duncan and Jess from college and this is why … I really ought to have made an effort to see more of them later on, they were extremely interesting.
