Take it away, Raymond! Everyone should read his whole report, which is 42 pages long and does more for New Orleans and Ivor van Heerden than many here ever did. Van Heerden is being allowed to pursue his case and he deserves to win against LSU whose administration is one of the more unethical of those I have known.
