What I did today:
9-12 office, work on syllabus
12-3 lunch, small errands, gym
3-6 large errands
6-8 office, finish syllabus
8-10 dinner, clean kitchen
Nothing else is planned for today.
Tuesday I did about six hours of service, and Wednesday I did two hours of research. Thursday I worked on another syllabus, for about 7 hours, so that works out to 20 hours of work this week, of which 10% were on research, 60% were on teaching, and 30% were on service.
My contract says I should reverse the percentages on service and research, so I will do that next week.
Tomorrow I am taking off to have fun, and Sunday, to clean the house. I´ll have to go sleep at the pool, or walk around the lake, as well.
I was able to finish the syllabus tonight because I said I would only work on it for an hour, but also said I wouldn´t rush. Not having to rush or put on alarm clocks mean I do not put off starting. Not rushing, work is not stressful, so I go faster and last longer.
Everything is so much easier when one is not Reeducated and not trying to Manage Time with foreign formulae.
