The first sentence of my book came to me. I was always like this, always had to wait for a first sentence, always had to start at the beginning, as with a poem.
(This is another reason why I find all those warnings and instructions, do not start at the beginning, write the middle first, you must write the middle first and not consider where you may start or what your projected endpoint might be, so immobilizing.)
