This is my day off. I got research done last night and today I did some of the painting, a small number of practical things, and some course design for 2014. I started reading another academic book.
I decided that some of what I suffer from is internalized abuse now self inflicted, and tried to to visualize not doing it. I can remember what life was like before. I want to just jump these hurdles, and run across that green.
I must do all of these things.
