But seriously, Cain, who has tended to be under investigation and indictment, has also managed to convince people that through religion, he has changed Angola. For the better.

He takes credit for things that happened by order of Federal courts long before he was ever on the scene.

I do not have time to discuss this in greater detail now, but someone should write a new exposé. Perhaps I should work on this.
