I read at Twenty Theses on Politics and Subjectivity because it has things on theory and praxis, and on the subject. I do not have full patience for philosophy, a fact that makes my life difficult. In it, however, I discovered the existence of Badiou’s Theory of the Subject, which originally came out in 1982. Why did I not know about it? Bosteels translated it in 2009. I see how I could have missed it then, but even so I should not have. Until now!
I have ordered it. The fact that I have ordered and otherwise acquired some books lately means I need to shed some. (Maybe shedding files is more important, though.)
