Now we are dancing to protect ourselves against any possible ill effects of a Jindal governorship. I had really hoped we would at least get a runoff. Jindal, it appears, believes in Intelligent Design “Theory.” And as we know, he has backed Bush on the Iraq war 100% of the time. And my friend says, “He would sell anything or anyone – his wife, his baby – to get ahead.” We will have to fight back by drumming.

My sympathies. Our evil governor may not declare his belief in intelligent design, but he caters to those who do in his cynical bid to serve his real masters, the plutocrats.
