Has anyone ever used RefWorks? Did you like it? How does it compare to other research and writing management programs?

I have not used Refworks, but here is a page our library has comparing citation tool features:

So it’s clear, I need to forget all of these for now and just do Scrivener and Zotero. Then I should start working with the ones that work with LaTeX and LyX.
