Jorge Brauet

So today I spent 12 hours at this screen, working on arranging my trip to Mexico and that of the undocumented one, and on syllabi and course websites. The planning of the voyage of the undocumented one took the most ingenuity.

I am not sure how much time went into each thing but I got a lot done on the websites, syllabi, and assignments so I am going to say I worked on them for five hours.

I was supposed to be cleaning the house but that is what I really did. I am also in the process of making salmon ceviche.

Salmon Ceviche

Right now it has:
6 oz. wild Alaskan salmon, cubed
6 oz. fresh Gulf shrimp, diced
juice of 6 lemons from my tree

Tomorrow it will get:
6 small chiles of different flavors, diced
6 small organic potatoes, boiled
6 oz. of fresh corn, steamed

And it will chill again, and be finished. It is to be served on lettuce.
