Gordon, Linda. “On ‘Difference’.” Genders, no. 10, Spring 1991, pp. 91-[I am missing the last pages]. This is a really good article and I think I remember it well enough to recycle it. There are a lot of things from the 90s that seem to be coming into fashion again, including questions raised, or addressed in this article. Or maybe it just seems to to me because of Black Studies reading (they seem to not have forgotten the smart questions asked then). I don’t know if this is accurate, but it is my current impression.
