I might get rid of my copy of Vallejo, Espistolario general, the spine is so worn that I can’t see what it is on the shelf and it is available for download here, and used — although perhaps I should keep this after all, other copies are likely as bad.
A History of Coca (Mortimer, 1901) is a marvelous text. It’s tattered, I’ve had it for over 40 years and not read it, I think I will read it before passing it on.
Silva-Santisteban’s J. M. Eguren: aproximaciones y perspectivas (1977) is interesting because it has views of all these important people; I haven’t read it but I’ve had it since 1981 and now it has fallen in half. Reading it would give a map of Peru, really. It’s available at Tulane.
I’d have gotten rid of it just to make space and since it’s so specialized and so falling apart and I’m so not working on that, but it’s rare, and it’s something I could probably read now more profitably than then.
