If you break your computer in Mexico and have to get something small and cheap in the interval, two places to go are SUMITEL and COMPUDABO and I think SUMITEL is the best. It is in the Plaza de la Tecnología.
UPDATE. I went to that plaza and it is like the place off Wilson in Lima – a huge maze of small computer shops, like a traditional market, but of computers.
