Romance Studies, and “ambiguous loss”

This class, book, or series of lectures is very interesting. Another thing discovered recently is the NYT article “What if there is no such thing as closure?” It’s on the concept of ambiguous loss and this is not just an individual thing; the author talks about whole cultures that suffer from this combination of absence and presence. I should get the author, Pauline Boss’ work and read it.

Axé.
